The Raiders could look to Aidan O'Connell at quarterback after Gardner Minshew suffered a broken collarbone in last week's loss to the Broncos.
However, O'Connell has been on the IR since October with a broken thumb. The original time frame for his return was estimated at 4-6 weeks.

O'Connell is well on his way to returning to the Raiders. He suffered a broken thumb and was on IR, but…he's ready to go again.

One point to remember: O'Connell was the quarterback last season when the Raiders beat the Chiefs in one of their two meetings.
