As fans took to social media on Monday, Burrow re-shared a story on Instagram with a quote from himself: “Still an exciting opportunity to pay for this team and this city every week…this is something I Don’t take it for granted.”
It's not uncommon for Burrow to reshare something the team's social media account posted. As all fans know, he doesn't even control his Instagram, right?
But there's another angle – fans could easily view this as Burrow acknowledging that he hears the noise and feels the fear of a city where star quarterbacks have a history of bowing out earlier than expected.
However, Burrow, the hometown Ohio product, will not be one of them.
