Earlier in the tour, Pakistan surprised the Australians with a 2-1 win in the ODI series, their first win since 2002. But the hosts staged a solid comeback and exacted revenge by completing a flop in the shortest format of the game.

By choosing to bat in the absence of regular captain Mohammad Rizwan, Pakistan got off to a stable start.
The second-wicket partnership between Babar Azam and Haseebullah Khan prepared a platform for the tourists to make a large sum.
But once Haseebullah was out on 24 off 19, it was middle-order chaos for the men in green and they lost their next two within six runs.
With 70 for 4 in 9.4 overs, the tourists were still in the game, especially the presence of the well-positioned Babar Azam in the middle was a big relief.
Babar, 44, was caught by Zampa in the 13th gameTh over when you try to hit a big shot. The visitors could only add 26 points after Azam's dismissal as Pakistan were bowled out for 117 in 18.1 overs.
Aaron Hardie was the Australians' best bowler with three wickets. Spencer Johnson and Adam Zampa shared 2-2 scalps each.

Stoini's blazing 61 sets the tone in Hobart
Chasing a low total of 118, Australia lost their first two wickets on 30 off 21 deliveries. The visitors had expected to restrict the Australian batters, but the player entering the crease at number 4 got out of control in the run chase.
Marcus Stoinis, known for his powerful batting, did exactly the same, hitting an unbeaten 61 off 27 balls to guide his side to a convincing victory with 52 balls remaining.
